Aww congrats to the ladies! From RadarOnline:

Glee actress Jane Lynch will marry her girlfriend, Dr. Lara Embry, this May, according to shewired.

Embry, a psychologist, made headlines last year for her triumph in a landmark same-sex custody lawsuit in Florida; for her efforts, she was honored by the National Center For Lesbian Rights with the organization’s Justice Award.

JLo will be guest starring on Glee as a lunch lady. Neil Patrick Harris is rumored to be making a guest appearance in a role that will be written just for him. The deal doesn’t sound totally finalized yet, but you may be seeing him on there in the future!

Do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know Lea wants to sing with him, but him and Kurt would be awesome. And actually I secretly may ship Adam and Puck so that would be hawt! From MTV:

In particular, actress Lea Michele — who plays the scene-stealing Rachel Berry on “Glee” — seemed determine to work with Lambert, no mater what it took to make it happen.

“I love Adam Lambert! I want to sing with him so badly,” she said. “If they don’t let me [sing with him] on the show, I would just in life. I just want to sing with him so badly. He’s just such an incredible vocal performer, and I’m such a huge fan.

“I feel like I’d be getting to work out at the gym with the best trainer in the world,” she continued. “You want to work out with someone who’s ripped and is going to train you well. That’s what I think about when I think of Adam Lambert. I just think he’s awesome.”

Mark Salling: Uh…big gay following, huh? [laughs] No. Is that the case?

AE: Yeah, that is the case. Unfortunately, some of those guys are going to be crushed since you were singing that to Rachel, weren’t you?
MS: [laughs] You can tell them I was singing it to Kurt.

AE: I don’t know. They’re already hoping for a Purt pairing, but I think we could tell from the video that you were singing to Rachel. I saw your tweet about the clip of Puck and Kurt cut to look like they were a couple. Do you remember sending that out?
MS: Yeah.

AE: You seem to have a pretty good sense of humor about that whole thing.
MS: [laughs] I think it’s hilarious.

AE: I don’t think they’re pairing you – Mark and Chris Colfer. They’re pairing Puck and Kurt who are technically in high school. Although, as you say, it is funny to see a 27-year-old in high school. You’re only three years younger than Matthew Morrison, Puck’s teacher.
MS: I know. It’s crazy.

EW has learned that Madonna has given Glee the rights to her catalog and that an all-Madonna-music episode is in the works for early next year.

But Madonna might not be the only pop star getting some Glee love. Co-creator Ryan Murphy tells EW that he’s considering approaching American Idol runner up Adam Lambert about appearing on the show (next year, Glee will be paired with Idol on Wednesday nights). Nothing is official yet but Lambert does seem like an ideal choice for Glee.

Glee, you had me at hello. I was in love with you from the very first moment I laid eyes on your pilot. I suffered through an entire summer waiting for you and then you arrived. The first episode had me hooked. You were funny, snarky, way over the top with interesting characters, and well, the musical numbers…I was smitten. Then, you busted out the tired old fake pregnancy story. Well, shit. Then, you busted out the lame teen pregnancy story. If I hadn’t fallen so hard for you, I would have kicked you to the curb already.

Why, Glee, why! You are better than that! You don’t need these played out gimmicks to hook us! You have some of THE most interesting characters on TV and you’re squandering them. Rachel has two gay dads. That’s pretty revolutionary for prime time. Why not more on that? Tina hardly gets any action so she comes off as the token stuttering asian (probably another first). Puck is fucking hot, but even he’s getting the shaft and it’s HIS damn baby! And don’t get me started on Kurt. I could watch an entire episode of Kurt and not be bored, but instead I have to settle for watching him shimmy during the dance numbers. Or did you blow your Kurt wad with his coming out story line? Please say no because we need more Kurt!

Does Will not see his wife naked ever? Or have sex with her? Or even rub up against her just a wee bit? Because even the most clueless hubbie would have figured out the fake pregnancy by now. It makes Will come off as a dumbass and I’m not finding any redeeming qualities in his wife Terri so why waste entire episodes on that instead of the fucking actual Glee club? Or even the teachers? Emma is a sympathetic character with an interesting story, yet she was totally forgotten last night. But kudos for giving Jane Lynch some face time last night. I mean she’s Jane Fucking Lynch! I’ll watch her do just about anything.

I’ll admit you tugged at my heart last night with Quinn, but Juno’s already been there, done that, so I really don’t need to see it again, this time in a cheerleading uniform. It’s all such a waste. But I suppose we’re stuck with that story line for the rest of the season – abortion is too controversial and “losing” the baby is too sad for comedy. *sigh*

I live for the musical numbers, which is becoming the only reason to watch other than whatever minor story is playing second fiddle to the fake and real pregnancies. Mercedes is such a powerhouse singer so I love watching her, yet I feel like I barely know her character. I LOL’d during the musical number last night when the cheerleader jumped into Artie’s wheelchair to spin around but it wasn’t even focused on really – it was just off in the corner.

Please don’t do this, Glee. Don’t make me scorn you. I feel like such a power bottom because no matter how much you dish out, I just bend over and take it – I wish I knew how to quit you…but I can’t! Just aim a little higher Glee. Have some faith in your viewing audience, hang up the tired old storylines like a stinky band uniform, and get fresh with us. We can take it.

You’re killing me, Glee. I love you so much, yet I can’t stand the fake baby story line. Wouldn’t a husband notice his wife is faking? Do they never see each other naked? Ever? Or never cuddle at night with his arm wrapped around her to feel that oh so fake pillow? Apparently not. I know, details, details. But still. I’m also resigned to the fact that cheerleader girl is going to have her baby so we’ll be stuck with that story line too (which is still played out, but it’s growing on me a little). I mean, they can’t have her get an abortion (too controversial) and she can’t lose the baby (too depressing for a comedy), so we’re stuck with it, I guess. At least I found the last number touching.
