Some Oddities This Morning – Possible Ski Trip Confusion & Bieber Pap Killed 5

(because nothing illustrates internet oddities better than a gif of a girl getting hit in the face by hot dogs)

So that kid, Trevor Moran, who tweeted about seeing Jelena and Haylor in Utah hasn’t tweeted again about anything. I’m really wondering because there’s no articles about it, no fan photos that I’ve seen yet (although I just woke up)…just seems odd, you know. I’m wondering if he either is confused (maybe saw the old pics or heard they were there) or was told not to say anything. Or maybe because of the X Factor connection, they got him to lie while Taylor and/or Harry went elsewhere. #conspiracytheorist.

A paparazzi was killed trying to photograph Justin Bieber’s Ferrari in L.A. So, they got a quote from Bieber even though this dude said he was in Utah skiing? It’s either his PR or maybe again Trevor was confused. From CNN:

A photographer, who thought he spied Bieber sitting in his parked white Ferrari, was struck by oncoming traffic as he walked across a Los Angeles freeway to get back to his car after snapping photos.

An opportune picture of the 18-year-old celebrity can rake in hard currency — but Bieber was not in the car at the time of the New Year’s Day incident.

California Highway Patrol officers had pulled over Bieber’s vehicle Tuesday evening at an off-ramp of Interstate 405.

The photographer spotted the sports car, parked his own vehicle across the street, crossed to get closer to Bieber’s car and took photos of its occupants, said Los Angeles Police spokesman James Stoughton.

Officers told the man twice to return to his car, CNN affiliate KTLA reported.

A car struck the paparazzo as he crossed back across the street to leave, Stoughton said.

Authorities have not released his name.

“While I was not present nor directly involved with this tragic accident, my thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victim,” Bieber said in a statement.

“Hopefully this tragedy will finally inspire meaningful legislation and whatever other necessary steps to protect the lives and safety of celebrities, police officers, innocent public bystanders, and the photographers themselves.”

Huffington Post whipped out the old Harry Styles crying video and did a whole article about the hate he was getting for the NYE kiss and well as the #werespecthaylor twitter trend. (I think twitter trends are so dumb by the way). It struck me as odd because HuffPo isn’t like Star or Us Weekly, but they’re going on about how he’s a “sensitive soul.” Aww this video makes me love Niall all over again, actually all the boys. Lou in this video…just…no words. I’m a bit obsessed with how Harry says “ya twitta”! One thing I noticed in the article. They refer to Harry as the band’s resident “bad boy.” Somewhere Zayn is like:

zaynwut

Judging by Harry’s weepy moment in the above video (over a performance fumble and subsequent Internet hate), perhaps fans are right to worry about bringing the band’s resident “bad boy” to tears. He’s clearly a sensitive soul.

Why the fuck did I start off the day with a video of Harry crying???

I hate when he makes that little :[ face. Tears at my heart strings. By the way, I just reblogged something on tumblr that I totally agree with (I won’t link to it since I don’t know how the person would feel about that, but it’s on my tumblr). It states in part:

The ‘directioners’ are flipping out over a kiss, a fucking peck given to a girl for obvious publicity purposes. They are unfollowing Harry on twitter and sending hate. For a kiss. To a girl. Imagine what they’d do if they only knew about a certain long-term, long-hidden, relationship with Louis. It would be hell.

And yet people who support “Larry” are called the fake fans. Ok den.
