So that’s what happens to former reality show contestants…Kevin used to be called “Chicken Little” on the show, but now he looks like a junior stockbroker at Happy Hour. From TMZ:
“American Idol” finalist Kevin Covais got eliminated from the show singing Doris Day, but his karaoke repertoire is a lot more modern … and involves rapping instead of singing.
The 23-year-old — who took “Idol” by storm as a teenager in 2006 — grabbed the mic at the Social Sports Kitchen in New York City the other day and channeled his inner white boy rapper for a rendition of Eminem’s ”Love the Way You Lie.”
Covais tells TMZ, “I was having fun with friends rapping at karaoke. And for the record, I think I did a pretty good job with this. I spit hot fire.”
