I am curious about the Specially made Collectible item, I am not a Japanese and do not live in Japan but looking from the rules (google translation used), it has not stated as a Japanese-only event and move forward to the answer section, the place of living/Address can be selected as “overseas”…
Anyway, very happy that Adam get an official launch in Japan and I am definitely getting a Japan version cos the first limited edition of the CD will be coming with a DVD (don’t know what it will include yet) and Japan version usually is the most exquisite of all versions, their packaging and booklet are awesome and have extra stuffs with them.
