Lambert admits to being scared, “That people won’t want to buy the rest of my music; that people will stop being interested. I think that’s my biggest fear,” the 26-year old vocalist tells reporters on Friday in NYC.
Accompanied by his former cast mates on American Idol, the very talented Allison Iraheta
, 17, was on hand to defend Adam’s AMA concert.
“As a performer myself, I know that when you’re onstage, you give it your all, and that’s what he did,” Iraheta reveals to reporters after seeing Taylor Swift, Justin Beiber, and John Mayer
And just in case anyone still doubted the high-pitched runner up, American Idol winner Kris Allen similarly came to Lambert’s rescue.
“I thought it was Adam being Adam,” Allen, 24, gushes to reporters at Madison Square Garden, “Obviously, he couldn’t do that stuff on Idol, and so you’re getting to see the real Adam now.”
With his breakout album For Your Entertainment, released in November, having already sold around 200,000 copies, Adam confesses to reporters that all he can do is. “Continue being positive and try to live in the moment.”

Kris’ words hardly read like he’s gushing. I’m disappointed in his lack of public support. Allison did a much better job of having Adam’s back.
I’ll catch crap for this. But I hope Kris figures out how to be more expressive to both his wife and his “friends”.He always comes off as rather noncommittal toward both IMO.
I don’t think Kris is helping Adam at all with that statement..he doesn’t seem to support Adam lately and I think he is trying to distance himself from Adam..by saying that is the real Adam, he gives the impression that all of Adam’s performances will be like the AMA one…maybe it’s lack of how to express himself, or maybe it’s jealously
I wonder too why more albums aren’t selling. The first week sales were about 200K then I saw on one of the charts his 2nd week was about 50K. Do the numbers include international sales yet I wonder? It seems as if he has the music industry’s backing and now I’m hearing WWFM on the radio a lot. IDK. It’s a really, really good album. Maybe he needs to just get out on the road and start touring. I guess that’s where the money is anyway.
I bet Kris is just glad its not him Adam was kissing, he sounds relieved! Allison of course would stand by her man. Wait until she turns 18 I wouldn’t be surprised if this OTT gay stuff is just him protecting a future relationship with her.

I have a theory about Kris being a little more restrained recently on the compliments about Adam. I don’t think he’s jealous or that it’s anything malicious. He said sooo many good things about Adam from day one, and people always commented about his compliments by saying he was “gushing” over Adam & noted that he would always bring Adam up in interviews & compliment Adam even if the interviewer didn’t bring him up. I think this was said so much that Kris started to be kinda self-conscious about his compliments & tried to be more restrained. He has been so supportive of him & complimentary of him from the beginning….both have been of each other.
I dunno….just a theory. I’m a big fan of both guys!
Well what was the QUESTION? If it was “what scares you” then this answer is completely irrelevant to the suggestion that the answer is about post AMA nonsense.

I don’t think Adam has to worry…but you could just get his music online so not everyones going to run out and buy it. But if he does an album with Allison I would buy it. But I can’t wait for their vday concert. i luv kradison & adison!!!
Well I agree with the person who said Kris doesn’t show any emotion. Yes, he’s a corpse. He acts more gay than Adam too, Elin (I mean Katy) probably would kill him if he acted to into Adam or too supportive of gay rituals.
