I was telling the girls this morning that The Hair is like a magical mystery wonderland of all that is pure and yet evol in the world. Heather (one third of our latest ship: Jeathair) said she wanted to roll around in it and veg out for the day. I agree, right after the South Koreans collect the genetic material they need.

Also, according to this article, the FYE video has gone into instant rotation on MTV. I could have told this article this since it was playing on every TV screen when I walked into work this morning!

“Talent is a trend,” goes the old record-company proverb, and Adam Lambert proved it repeatedly on the reality talent show that no one remembers he didn’t win. In particular, Lambert’s performance of this slowly building Tears for Fears track shows off his ability to interpret a song and create dramatic tension — a lost art in pop music. It also helps that he holds his notes with remarkable clarity and has such obvious vocal star power that America couldn’t help but make him the … well, whatever.
