I just realized that I may have UNINTENTIONALLY insulted the cat lovers in Icelandia, including our PM who has a kitty that is quite ill.

My sincere apologies are offered, especially to Candy.

I am frustrated/angry over what is now seeming to be the exploitation of someone like SuBo who is ill equipped to handle the public spotlight and scrutiny.

I was trying to recognize that she had a reclusive past with cats as her beloved companions and didn’t state that quite so well.

I want to punch Simon Cowell for exploiting this woman. Certainly he has enough money and doesn’t really need more.

She has some serious issues. Hopefully she’ll make enough from this first CD and series of performances to retire back to her village and live the rest of her life in peace with her cats.

I cannot see how any of this is going to end well for her.

She’s ill-equiped to deal with the pressures of this new career. She has a good voice but honestly I haven’t heard her sing amazingly since that initial performance of I Dreamed a Dream and I’m starting to think it was just the initial shock of the unexpected which made people think it was so amazing.

I hope someone is looking out for her because I have a feeling she’s going to need a lot of help in the future.

To compare SuBo with Adam on any criteria rather than record sales is ludicrous. This poor woman is mentally ill and is being used like a trained monkey. Imagine SuBo falling on stage… Holy Fetal Position, Batman!

I feel sorry for her. I hope she has a compassionate manager who is saving the money from the album sales for her.
