I was kind of surprised this didn’t result in a flurry of speculation and utter wank to tell the truth.
Uh oh, was he referring to HH? Thought they were just friends. If not talking about HH then, well, it’s still a childish kind of tweet-taking it public like that
who knows what he was referring to. It could either be 3 people that gross him out…or somebody with 3 names – he mixes the pronouns a bit so it’s unclear (their, you’re)

interesting indeed. It may be referring to someone (or several people) who did something TO HH because if you notice he says you’re just another rung on HIS Ladder not “my” ladder.
