As much as it pains me to say, they do look like a happy couple in this video.
Why does HP do that? I’d rather hold on to my fantasy that he and the wife don’t get along because he fell in love with HH and now realizes what a mistake it was marrying so young.

I love Kradam, but Kraty is so cute as well. I love Kris’ “country” voice, and his laugh when Katy (who Kris says can’t sing at all) shakes her head firmly at the idea of Christmas caroling.

What is up with all the pro Katy BS lately? The manipulative little bitch wanted Kris to give up music and go back to college to get a real job. She has not been with him during some of the most important moments of his life including his CD release. She criticizes him and tells him she doesn’t need to listen to his music anymore. He gave her a red guitar from his heart as a gift but it wasn’t good enough for her and she never bothered to learn to play or try to share Kris’s love of music. She shook her head at the idea of caroling because Kris’s singing makes her want to puke and she doesn’t want to participate in any activity where she isn’t the center of attention. I don’t actually give a damn if Kris is straight or gay at this point, I just want him to wake the fuck up and realize HE DESERVES BETTER! This is NOT a good marriage. And adding kid’s to the mix is a horrible idea. Whether the divorce happens this year or ten years from now, it will happen and putting kid’s through a divorce is a really shitty thing. For Kris’s sake, I hope the divorce takes place as soon as possible.
Are they going through a divorce? OMG! I thought HP told Sleazak that they were good and even promised there’s nothing bad. Well, it was in connection with his angsty lyrics and he seems to know what people might think. I think they look very happy together.

I agree that they look adorable, and seem happy in this video clip. However, from the things I’ve seen in other places and at other times, she does seem to be less than fully supportive of his career. I guess time will tell, but one thing I have noticed….his face lights up when he’s around Adam, he talks about Adam far more than he does his wife, and they’re WAY more overtly affectionate in each other’s company than I’ve ever seen Kris be with Katy. Wishful thinking…for sure, but not without some ammunition to back it up.

Kris to leave Katy? No, I think this is wishful thinking here. Kradam is fun but divorce will not happen. From my experience being married for 15 years, when two people have been together for a long time,they become toofamiliar with each other to th extent that they don’t even feel married, more like siblings. I’m honestly saying this from my own experience but that doesn’t mean they don’t love each other. The chemistry between them seems very normal for me taking into consideration the number of years they’ve been together. I’ll have my Kradam fantasy but I know deep down that it will not happen. And every marriage has it’s problems y’all.

I stand by my theory( I’ve never posted it), which is based on history of the relationship, behaviors witnessed of both Katy and Kris, age and maturity at various points, and past innosence(sp?), whole new lifestyle and experience and newfound possibilities.
I don’t know guys, I don’t really care either way as long as they(Kris) are happy, but I just feel he’s “trying to please”.
I hate when people blame a lact of chemistry or affection on the number of years a couple have been together. I’ve been married to my hubby for 18 yrs and we don’t act like siblings. I know 2 other couples that seem like Kris & Katy. They do their own thing, very rarely do they do stuff alone. I think they do better around other people because they don’t have to interact with each other as much.
I’m sure they love each other as dear friends. There doesn’t have to be a bad person in the relationship just because it’s not working anymore. They should’ve stay together just because they “look cute & adorable” to the public or because they’re afraid of what people might say. Kradam may not happen, but I don’t think the Allen marriage will last.

I so agree with you Imariewison. I too believe they care very much for one another, but times they are a-changing. I wish them both the very best.
People are just reading too much into Kris and Katy chemistry. Gosh we don’t even know them. Only seen them on TV. We can therefore not base theories on what we see on screen, that is funny. I still stand by what I said that I don’t see their marriage anywhere near the end. People just have different behaviours and body language. That’s why we are all not the same. They don’t need to be all over each other in public to show they are in love. As I said, I’m a Kradam fan but just for the fantasy of it.
Imarie, That’s why you are you, I’m me and Kris and Katy are who they are. We all react and behave differently around our spouses. Nothing more than that.
Vince, That’s why I said “seem” because I don’t know them. I simply stated my opinion based on my own experience…just like you did. Nothing more than that.
