Naw, it wasn’t pointless… I see where you’re coming from and I think there’s a big difference between doing things for shock/entertainment value and actually doing them as a part of your everyday life. It’s a maturity thing, for sure.

Guys, the Cheeks verse, is a “Horace” VERSE, The Greek poet & Philosopher, but some says it’ s John Dryden, the poet in imitation of Horace, book III, ode 29, vv. 65-72. The Horatian poem upon which these lines were based were written in Latin, it is debatable still whether it’s purely Horas, or with flavour from Dryden, anyways, the current version frequenlty used is quoted by John Dryden, and it reads as follows:
